Paralives is considered to be similar to the Sims franchise. It is a Patreon funds project that has almost completed its development phase. The lead developer, Alex Messe has revealed about the gameplay from a seven-minute gameplay video from its official YouTube channel.
All aspects of life like occupation, relationships, family friends, events, and interaction with other characters are part of the gameplay. The playable character aka Parafolks will be costless and free. Unlike its competitors, Paralives will have free expansions and DLC.
Paralives will be coming on PC and Mac in 2025 by early access. The exact date is missing but players are excited to check the Steam and Twitter channels. After a long time, the news of one of the most awaited EA games in the Sims genre is out. Moreover, Alex stated that the game will never have the paid DLC. Even after release, the expansions will be free.

Paralive’s gameplay is different from other Sims games in terms of customization. It allows players to customize their entire furniture and has specific building tools. Another new feature in-game is the Together Cards. It is a guidebook for Parafolks to improve their relationships with one another. This defines the relationship between characters with dialogue and activities between them.
