Witches, Night Lurkers, and Werewolves will be the ones to get you the Exquisite Hearts. These creatures have a gear level of 60 or above so it makes them eligible to drop these hearts.

You have to fight the Jade the Vampire Slayer. But you can avoid this by getting Bane to fight him. But if you are short on time or you are on gear level 50, there is another option. Reach the Silverlight Hills Region to get engaged with Paladina and Knights. This region is located on the western side of the Dunley Farmlands.

Where to Get the Greater Blood Essence?

Players can get the Greater Blood Essence by two methods. The first and default method is when the Blood Press is unlocked and needs Unsullied hearts. But you can use the second method too. You have to kill Tristan the Vampire Hunter. This monster is of level 47 V blood Carrier and uses the Blood Essence. It can be found on the paths of Farbane Woods and Dunley Farmlands.

But Tristan is far more tough than Jade. But it’s recommended that you should have a higher gear level than these monsters. The best possible approach is to strike him closely with your Veil dash while staying away from his spin move. Once his health is half, strike hard to defeat him.
