To craft Life Elixir, Morel are needed. It cooks with 1x Oil and 1x Mushroom with Morels. This dish will boost energy by 135 and increase Health by 60. Another dish is the Fried Mushrooms. 1x of each Red, Purple, Morel, and Chanterelle will give a warm dish to serve. Along with the upgrade to level 2 in Combat.
