Sims 4: Bloomful Challenge
Ultimately, your core mission is to bring livelihood to the town of Henford-on-Bagley starting with the abandoned farmhouse. You will need a lot more money to complete the challenge. But you can earn additional rewards as you progress and make your way through all the steps. The steps are only listed to promote smooth gameplay. You can shift between the missions to keep yourself entertained.
Abandoned Farm
The first step is to move out to an abandoned farm. Players are given three options for the lots on the Gallery, so select and download any one of the farmhouses. Players can search for it by #Bloomful or #DeeSims. The challenge will begin with zero simoleons which means players should look to earn money too. Start your journey once you gain access to the lot by following the next step.
Landscaping and Home Exterior Goals
After you’ve found your new home, it’s time to dispose of all the junk from the yard and house exterior and start renovating. Complete the following goals for this step.
Landscaping:
This includes cleaning up the area and getting rid of the overgrown grass and foliage. There are various prices for different tasks. Such as for getting rid of overgrown plants, 350 simoleons will be rewarded. Infestations are highly paid as mouse and spider infestation will be paid for 1200 simoleons. Players can earn for getting rid of car for 750 simoleons and 100 simoleons for tub.
Home Exterior:
This includes removing overgrowth inside the fences, repairing the fountain, and mending the cracks in walls. These little goals will surely earn you a decent amount of money so you can start decorating your house right away.
Moreover, players have to do a lot of labor work for a hefty amount of simoleons. For outshaped plants area, 1,000 simoleons wcan be earned. To repair the cracks and holes one exterior like walls and pathways will get players another 5,000 simoleons.
Home Interior Renovation
Renovating the home interior might be costly since there will be fewer goals to earn money from and more to spend on. You can begin this step by repairing the walls and floors of all the rooms and bathrooms. For rooms, players can get 1000 simoleons for rooms and 500 simoleons for bathrooms.
Do repair at least three rooms to unlock the boarded rooms. Players cannot access the unrepair rooms. There you will be again given the task of removing boards and all the other trash for 1500 simoleons. A pro tip is to repair the cracks for 1000 simoleons. Finish up this step by cleaning up and repairing all the rooms.
Greenhouse
To unlock the greenhouse, you must complete all the outdoor goals including cleaning and repairing. Then make sure to reach level 5 in handiness and craft garden pots. Also don’t forget to purchase a rabbit or a flock of birds to help you in gardening. And lastly, get to know the Crumplebottom sisters and complete at least 3 errands for them to unlock the greenhouse.
Befriending The Pub Owner
Selling food is a good way to start your way in Henford-on-Bagley as a new resident. This step begins with befriending the pub owner, Sarah Scott, and completing at least 3 errands for her. Then you may start preparing food on the home lot and selling it on a selling table near the pub. The timings are from Sunday to Friday starting 5 PM to 12 AM (Remember that Saturdays are festival days and are off limits)
Try different dishes since there are lots of recipes to pick from and of course, don’t forget to invite your sims to help you out. This way you will be able to help your sims reach level 5 in cooking skills and level 3 in gourmet cooking skills. An important goal to complete the Sims 4 Bloomful Challenge.
Expanding Farm
Farmland expansion will help you build coops and sheds later on. So start by buying the following lands for which certain goals must also be completed.
Field With Shed:
To unlock this field, you must remove all the junk from the yard and home exterior. Also, grow any three large crops with your gardening skills by growing three oversized crops, such as lettuce, eggplants, pumpkins, or watermelons. Next, win first place at the Oversized Crop Fair. You will need 25,000 simoleons to purchase the deed for Field With Shed.
Open Field:
To unlock this field, you will only need to have 25 plants, 10 trees, and 6 oversized crops in your garden. Then purchase the deed for Open Field for 35,000 simoleons. Purchase these fields and save more money for this next step.
Animals
After you’ve saved up enough money, you will need to purchase both a coop and a shed for the animals. These animals will bring a lot of resources that you can utilize in the game. Another thing to keep in mind is that you must buy clothes for all your animals. Then make sure to trade with Creature Keeper 5 times and upgrade and buy one more coop and shed.
For the third coop and shed, purchase the deed for the Open Field by following the above goals in Expanding Farm. Build a strong friendship with the Creature Keeper and win first place at Finchwick Fair.
Blending In
Befriending the citizens and getting the Mayor’s approval is necessary to complete The Bloomful Challenge. You must run errands for at least four locals and give at least 5 stitched items to them. Prioritize maintaining a good friendship with the Mayor for future assistance. Obtaining 3 of every wool and pattern from wild animals or errands are also a few other goals that must be completed.
Selling Goods in Henford-on-Bagley
Now once you are done building trust with the Mayor, start selling fresh produce on your selling table at the Grocery Stall. Also, help the locals there by completing 5 errands for them.
