He mentioned that the developers are working around the clock to resolve this while appreciating the patience of the players.

A handler account named Filthierich posted, “We’ve suspended player trading in Diablo 4 until further notice due to a duplication exploit,” Filthierich further said. “We are working on a fix to amend this issue and will update you once we’ve reinstated the ability to trade. We will continue to monitor this activity to ensure a healthy playing experience for all”.

There isn’t any deadline for the ban lift but this was the only way left. Blizzard has taken this step quite seriously as the in-game economy is badly affected. The players can take an irregular advantage of these glitches. This is clear damage to the game’s experience and truly unfair to other players.
