Stardew Valley: Luau Festival
Luau occurs at a beach in the southern area of Pelican Town. It occurs only on the 11th of Summer each year. The area will appear from 9 AM to 2 PM. This means that the players have to complete their early morning chores like collecting eggs and milking their cows first.
To reach Luau. the players can reach the Pelican Tower and head towards the Mayor’s House. Take the bridge in the south direction of the Mayor’s House and get to the Luau Festival. After the festival is over, the players will be transported back to their lands around 10 PM. This is because the festival will held for the entire day.
The main motive of the Luau Festival is to earn friendship points, purchase various ingredients, and add to communal soup. As you enter the festival, move to the right to see Pierre a selling booth that has the following items at their given prices.
- Starfruit:3000g
- Ceiling Leaves( 3 variations): 400g

The Communal Soup at Luau Festival
The main attraction of the festival is the communal soup in which residents will add the ingredients to make it flavourful. The Governor will attend the festival to taste the soup and rate its taste. Whereas, Lewis, the Mayor asks the players to purchase good-quality ingredients.
The governor’s reaction depends on three factors which are:
- Quality of Ingredients
- The base selling price of each ingredient
- Nutritive factor/Healing effect of each item.
As per the above factors, the Governor will give seven various reactions. Each reaction has its own impact. This impact will decide whether the players will gain or lose the friendship relationship with the people of Pelican Town. The reaction and their effect will be as follows:
Reaction | Effect |
Best | +120 points for Friendship |
